The good homies over at El Norte Kitchen were recently featured on Thrillist for this awesome sweet and savory burger made with a Mexican pastry known as a concha among a few other names. The burger is cooked to perfection topped with house made pepper jack cheese, pickled onions, jalapeños, and bacon. Its a treat that will leave you wondering why you haven't tried making this creation yourself. They have only featured this menu item at one of the pop-up kitchen events, and is a bit of a surprise limited menu item. They have pop-up event at Naughty Greek off university in St. Paul, MN, Sunday June 23rd from 12-6pm, show up early and you may get a chance to try one of these burgers.
